This 26 years old Malay man complaint of pain at his left shoulder after a MVA. An X ray was taken after he was given IV Tramadol 50 mg and IV Metaclopromide 10 mg.

This is a CXR of a 50 years old Malay man with known cases of vulvular heart disease who presented with chest pain, shortness of breath and cough.

This 29 years old Malay man presented with the history of shortness of breath for 6/52 duration. The SOB is sudden in onset lasting for 5 minutes but later on become progressive. He could not lying flat but did not waking up at night suddenly due to SOB.
