a) Splinter hemorrhage

b) Osler node

c) Janeway lesion


2) Infective endocarditis


3) Streptococcus viridians (gram +ve cocci is 90% out of other bacteria)


4) Roth spot in the retina, conjunctiva petichae, murmur on auscultation (vulvular regurgitation).


5) Blood culture, echocardiography


6)

a) kindney-glomerulonephritis

b) Lung- Pulmonary embolism

c) Brain- Middle cerebral artery infarction
