This 66 years old Malay lady, chronic smoker for 40 years with known case of DMT2 and hypertension presented with unbearable bilateral leg pain 3 days prior to admission which is throbbing in nature.
Patient starts having this problem since one month ago. However previously, it is relieved by Tab. Tramadol 50 mg.
Currently, patient is taking Tab. Pentoxyfilline 400 mg B.d, Tab. Aspirin 150 mg daily, Tab. Metformin 500 mg B.d, Tab. Amlodipine 10 mg daily and Tab, Metoprolol 50 mg B.d
