MVA patient with distended abdomen

8 years old malay boy was brought to casualty with GCS 7 (E1, V1, M5) after being hit by a car and was intubated to protect the airway. On examination, there was a nose bleeding, laceration wound of the face and distended abdomen. X ray of the skull, cervical, chest, abdomen and pelvic was taken. Below is the film of abdomen and pelvis x-ray.
