18 Years old boy with limb shortening and internal rotation

18 years old Malay boy involve in motor vehicle accident (motor vs. motor). Patient could not recall the exact mechanism of the accident. On examination, he is conscious and alert and pain score is 7/10. The left leg appears to be shortened and in internal rotation. Below is the plain radiography of the patient
