Wrist Distractor for Barton’s Fracture

Comments (0)

Previously i was posting a case of Barton fracture or simply means fracture of distal end of radius extending to the intra articular surface. Basically, if CMR fails, the alternative is by doing a open reduction and internal fixator.

Well, here is another alternative of treatment that we did here. Using a close reduction under portable x ray machine and fix it with wrist distractor. Alignment is satisfactory and with good result also.
